You will be informed when we ship your consignment. You’ll also be provided with all the details about shipping as soon we’ve shipped your orders.

To track your orders, you need to

  • Sign in to My Account.
  • Click “Orders”.
  • Find the status of the order you’ve placed.

OR

You’ll have to let us know your new address via email. It is not possible to change the delivery address, if the particular order is already shipped before receiving your email.

If you need to cancel your order, you should send a Email to info@visitmasa.com before the order dispatches.
